This is to book in for the 5-week 'Pilates & Barre for Runners' (specifically to enhance running performance) program in collaboration with our friends at BASE who will deliver the program at Running Free. The program will run over the month of March, dates and times are as follows:
- Wednesday 1 March 7:15pm - 8pm
- Wednesday 8 March 7:15pm - 8pm
- Wednesday 15 March 7:15pm - 8pm
- Wednesday 22 March 7:15pm - 8pm
- Wednesday 29 March 7:15pm - 8pm
If you sign up for the 5-week program it's at a discounted price of £45.00.
(You can also pay as you go and drop into any of the sessions for £10 a class).
This program is designed specifically for runners to help with mobility, strength and balance and incorporates Barre which teaches muscular control and endurance specifically in the hips and lower body while integrating core stability by working your muscles to the point of fatigue.
All abilities are welcome to attend and no previous experience is required. We are lucky enough to be able to deliver an intimate boutique class that enables us to be hands-on with our clients, so we can adapt the exercises to suit all levels.
If you have, please bring along your mat, resistance band and a small towel.
